For non-web orders. After getting confirmation from our sale staffs. You can choose to pay by the following method:

If you transfer to the bank account. Please send your transfer receipt back to us with your company and order details. Please make payment in full, we do not responsible for your banking fee.
We offer credit term of 30days to our regular customers for their convenient in purchasing. If you wish to open the credit line with us please consult our sale representatives.

Delivery
For delivery within Thailand: customers can choose the following delivery method.
- Our delivery truck (If you are in our fleet area)
- Self pickup at our store (for customers in Samutprakarn area)
- Send by Kerry Express, Thailand Post or your logistic partner
Our truck fleet cover the following area.
ZONE A: Delivery within 1-3 business days.
Samuthprakarn, Bangakok, Chonburi, Chachungsao, Ayutthaya, Samuthsakorn, Nonthaburi, Pathumthani
ZONE B: Delivery within 1-7 business days.
Rayong, Pracheenburi, Nakorn Prathom, Saraburi, Nakorn Nayok
We offer free delivery with our trucks in delivery area if your order meet the following amount per delivery:
1. Samuthprakarn area – Minimum 1,500THB
2. Other truck area – Minimum 3,000THB
Products
We give discount base on your real order quantity. When you make quotation please provide the actual quantity to get the best discount.
We stock most of our product we offers. If there are any out of stock. We will provide the stock status and lead time when we send you the quotation.
You can still order to reserve the out of stock products. Once the product become available again we will arrange the shipment accordingly.
If you have use of product by monthly basis, please let us know to make stock for you.
All products are 6 months warranty unless it say otherwise in the product page. (Most machine will get up to 12 months warranty instead.)
Must not be the damage done by usage, accidents, nature disasters, or wrongly operated.
We do not sell used products: all products are new unused.
Since we stock large variety of products, some may have changed in packaging but not product quality.
If you find the product to be unusable or damaged upon delivery. Please contact our sale representative for return.
Some products are available for our Maintenance Service program which will go to clean and maintain the product for you regularly. This special service will be applied instantly free of charge upon purchase.

We must apologize if the product you received are in different color or has slight changes from our catalogs or websites. We strive to keep our catalogs and websites up to date. However there are chances change are made on our supplier side and we can not notified you beforehand. Please provide us feedbacks on these issues and we will try to solve them the best we can.
